What happens after the 6 months?
Keep Desk Pro at $14.99 per business per month, or move to the Free plan. Your clients, services, and bookings stay either way.
What does the Free plan include?
Unlimited appointments and clients, a public booking page, client records, and card payments. You get 25 SMS credits to start. Deposits, forms, team members, and full reports are part of Pro.
What does Desk charge on payments?
Payments run through your own Stripe account. Stripe processing fees and a 0.2% Desk platform fee apply. SMS reminders use prepaid credits. There's no long-term contract.
We rent chairs to independent stylists. Does that work?
Yes. Each renter can run their own Desk with their own booking link and payouts, starting on the Free plan. Talk to us about setting up your whole salon at once.
Do my clients need to download anything?
No. Clients open your booking link in their browser, pick a service and a time, and book. They get confirmations and reminders by text.
Can we bring our clients from Square, Booksy, or Vagaro?
Yes. We'll import your supported client export during setup. Fields depend on the source, and imports cover client records, not your full booking or payment history.
