Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Desk App, LLC (“Desk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website and booking experience accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for all users and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA (opens in a new tab). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
2. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we work to ensure that our site:
- Uses semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so assistive technologies can navigate the page structure.
- Provides text alternatives for meaningful images and hides purely decorative graphics from screen readers.
- Supports full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Labels form fields and announces validation errors and status changes to assistive technology.
- Aims to meet WCAG color-contrast minimums in both light and dark themes and respects the “reduced motion” system preference.
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process and address issues as we identify them. Content provided by the independent businesses that use Desk (such as service descriptions and photos) may vary in accessibility.
4. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Desk. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information on this site provided in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to help:
- Email — support@deskapp.pro
Please describe the page or feature involved and the difficulty you experienced. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
