- How do I get started with Desk?
- Reach out to our team and we’ll help you set up your services, availability, and booking page so you can start taking appointments.
- How are payments handled?
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Desk never stores your full card details — Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant processor, handles the transaction.
- How do appointment reminders by text work?
- Desk can send appointment reminders and booking notifications by SMS. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
- How do I stop receiving text messages?
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can opt back in later. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of using Desk or booking an appointment.
